Telangana Express On Fire In Haryana: Passengers Safe!

A fire stony-broke get in 2 coaches of the Hyderabad-New Old Delhi Telangana categorical at Asaoti station in Haryana these days, Northern Railway officers aforesaid. All passengers are safe, they added.

The fire broke out in two coaches of the train at 7:43 am and both have been isolated, said Northern Railway Spokesperson Deepak Kumar. The fire has been brought in restraint, he added.

"Train number 12723 - Hyderabad NDLS Telangana categorical was stopped between Asaoti and Ballabgarh at 7:43 am thanks to significant smoke and flames from wheels of the ninth coach from the rear end. The up and down movement has currently been stopped within the affected section," mister Kumar aforesaid.

The train had passed Asaoti station but it had to be stopped between Asaoti and Ballabgarh. Due to heavy smoke, movement on the track has also been stopped, the official added.



Telangana Express Caught Fire


The fire broke out from the brake binding of the wheels of the 9th coach, the official said, adding that two coaches caught fire and both have been isolated now. As a result of this, services on the track were briefly affected.
"All passengers were shifted to the front portion and the train departed at around 10.35 am. The services on the track have resumed," the officer said.
